Hamada, Yamasaki and Cocorico Endo and Tanaka was given a map by Matsumoto, and the map leads to a basement floor which reveals a challenge by Matsumoto. Now, Hamada, Matsumoto, Yamasaki and Cocorico Endo and Tanaka is going to compete the challenge in ringing a hotel bells from a mannequins chest in different position. Tanaka has the lowest score in the challenge due to using his index finger, which makes him slower. And his challenge will be touching the nipples of a man wearing a cow costume. He must tickle the nipples in 1,000.
